We’ve had a nice, long autumn season, but cold weather is here and the holiday season is right around the corner.  We’ve compiled a list of places to find Thanksgiving meals, coats, warm clothes, and other assistance.

White Bear Area Emergency Food Shelf Annual Thanksgiving Distribution
On Nov. 23 WBEFS will be partnering with Kowalski’s in White Bear Lake to provide free-range turkeys and all the fixings for a healthy holiday meal.

Dorothy Day Thanksgiving Day dinner for seniors
Wednes., Nov. 25 | 11 am — 1 pm at Torvian Dining Hall on the University’s campus.

The dinner is free, but reservations are required. Any senior wishing to reserve a meal can call 472-2877 or 472-2878. No name is needed when reserving a spot.

Gethsemane Lutheran Church Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Serves families, singles, couples, members, friends, and all neighbors

Loaves and Fishes serves meals all year long and Thanksgiving meals at the following locations, Salvation Army Temple Corps and River of Life in Minneapolis, Dorothy and St. Matt’s in St. Paul, Esther’s in Marshall as well as Easter Lutheran in Eagan. Call 612-377-9810 for more information.
