(Chris Juhn/MSR News)Wellness coach and motivational and fitness expert Angela Winston-Hebert got the crowd up and movin’ and engaged at the event “Sister Spokesman: Eating Healthy & Staying Fit,” Sat., Jan. 7.
Winston-Hebert, along with dietitian Karen Blanchard of NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, shared healthy eating and fitness tips. Attendees were also offered free health screenings from “Health Fair 11 in the Qmmunity” — a collaboration of KARE 11 TV, UCare, Medtronic Foundation and North Memorial — and enjoyed games, prizes and plenty of shopping.
