Diane Burgess (Cobbin) Joyner, age 70, of Minneapolis passed away November 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by husband, Floyd Joyner; parents, Odell and Irene Cobbin; and one sister, Darlene Gardner. She is survived by her children, Derek Burgess, Robin Burgess, Tasha Burgess, Ana Mae Burgess and Joshua Joyner; sisters, Marlene Eaves, Norma Parker, Anna Mae Wooten-Fader and Lisa Pena; 11 grandchildren; and a host of stepchildren, great grandchildren and extended family. The Scott County CDA will accept applications for its three, four and five-bedroom waiting list under the Project Based Voucher Program beginning Wednesday, August 20, 2014 until Wednesday, September 10, 2014. The waiting list for all other bedroom sizes is closed.

He most recently worked for ISS Facility Services and Bachmann’s Florist for five years. David enjoyed writing poetry and loved playing hockey, football and tennis.
