Being Black is the first in a series of panel discussions in conjunction with the Being Human: Stories from Humans of Minneapolis exhibit at Hennepin History Museum. Each event is meant to foster understanding and awareness between the people in our community.
Being Black features a panel of people who have been highlighted as part of the Humans of Minneapolis storytelling project:

Felicia Hamilton-Clark, Community Advocate
Iliah Grant Altoro, World Traveler & Blogger
James Everett, Youth Outreach Worker
They will share their lived experiences as they relate to being Black in Minnesota and beyond. The conversation will be moderated by HOM Founder & Executive Director, Stephanie Glaros. Light refreshments will be served.
