2022 The Links Inc. Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter Scholarship

The Minneapolis – St. Paul Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, is pleased to announce the offering of scholarships to deserving students of African American descent, in their pursuit of higher education.

For over the past 49 years, the Minneapolis- St Paul Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has assisted students in their pursuit of higher education. We are proud to have rewarded over $800,000 in scholarships to African American high school students from the greater Twin cities Area.

Students interested in applying must click on the link below for instructions and then complete the application process as outlined in the Scholarship Application link from one of the buttons below. You can submit your application online by the deadline May 15th at 11:59 p.m. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact us at msplinksscholarship@gmail.com.

2022 Eligibility

  • You are eligible for this scholarship if you meet the following criteria;
  • Must be of African American descent
  • Must be a high school graduating senior in 2022
  • Currently enrolled in a Minneapolis/St. Paul area high school
  • Plan to enter an accredited two or four-year college or university as a full-time student in the fall of 2022
  •  Is not an immediate family member i.e., child of a member of the Minneapolis- St. Paul Chapter of The Links Incorporated


  • Required Information
  • 3.0 cumulative grade point average (transcript required)
  • Completed Scholarship Application
  • Photo
  • High School Transcript
  • Personal Statement – must include; information about yourself, your future goals, career plans etc…
  • Letter of Recommendation from high school teacher or counselor
