We invite you to join the African American Breast Cancer Alliance and The Larry Fitzgerald Foundation in its “Breast Believe” campaign to provide breast cancer detection, breast health information and mammograms to women age 40 and over who qualify for SAGE: https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/cancer/sage/documents/sageeligibility.pdf. Private mammograms are provided by the Park Nicollet Foundation program in the “Mammo-a-go-go” mobile unit. Women must call 1-888-643-2584 to make an appointment and register with the promo code: AABC1. Please share this life wellness information with women who may need a mammogram if they have low or no health insurance.

The Wellness Fair is also a special community event on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at the Sabathani Community Center, 310 E. 38th Street, Minneapolis, MN, from 10 AM to 5 PM featuring a family-friendly Community Wellness Fair. The health fair is for all community members, all ages, backgrounds and cultures of the 7 county metropolitan areas. The Wellness Fair features breast health classes, free health screenings (Blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), Community Resources, Guest speakers, and more!
