FAITH! (Fostering African American Improvement in Total Health!) is a cardiovascular health and wellness program led by Mayo Clinic cardiologist Dr. LaPrincess Brewer. The program focuses on addressing, and ultimately eliminating, cardiovascular health disparities faced by African Americans in Minnesota through community engagement. We are celebrating 10 years since Dr. Brewer brought this program to MN and established partnerships with several Black Churches around Rochester and Minneapolis-St. Paul. Join us to honor our clinical trial participants and community partners, and celebrate the health equity initiatives in Minnesota!
