Hip-Hop and History for Teens

Join us on Feb. 8th to learn how the culture of hip-hop is embedded in our daily life. Learn how to DJ with live DJ. Bring your friends. Please register so we know how much pizza to provide!

Grades 6-8. Explore the elements of hip-hop, from breakdancing to graffiti art, learn how hip hop is shared in different cultures worldwide and how the culture of hip-hop is embedded in our daily lives. Collaborator: ANEW BAM. Funded by Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
