Companies spend literally billions of dollars a year trying to convince people to buy their products and change their behavior. It’s a tough sell — people don’t like to change their behavior unless they see a clear reason to change.
I’m no different, and changing the habits that contributed to my weight gain has been no small task. But I’ve done it. It’s a daily struggle to ingrain these new practices as habits, but they’re working and have allowed me to see real progress.
Since September I’ve lost over 17 pounds and several inches off every body part. My clothes are baggy, my face has slimmed down, and I’m beginning to recognize me again! This journey has not been an easy one; I’ve managed to overcome the key challenges of food cravings, effectively exercising, and maintaining faith in the process.
