NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will hold a free, interactive workshop that provides families and individuals with information on mental illnesses, practical coping strategies, and hope for recovery.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 9 am to 3 pm, at Hennepin County Medical Center, 716 S. 7th St., Minneapolis (Purple Bldg. entrance to 2nd floor, take Red Skyway to Popkin Family Resource Center).
NAMI Minnesota is a nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives of children and adults with mental illnesses and their families through its programs of education, support and advocacy.
