With the community-created theme “We Are Here: Resilience, Renewal and Regeneration,” this popular late-night art festival is back to transform the urban landscape. From glowing cyclists to giant video installations, there’s plenty to see.
This year, the festival takes place in three neighborhoods across the Twin Cities: the American Indian Cultural Corridor in Minneapolis, The Commons in downtown Minneapolis, and the Rondo neighborhood in St. Paul.
