Nothing says summer like the smell of food trucks and outdoor music. This fest, billed as the largest food truck gathering in the Midwest, boasts a lineup of over 65 food trucks offering everything from green papaya salad to crispy pork belly to gourmet mini doughnuts and wood-fired pizza. The organizers have partnered with Calhoun Square to offer fest-goers an indoor cool down before venturing back outside for one more.
