Marion “Cookie” Victoria Whitlock was born August 1, 1956, in Minneapolis, MN, to McClinton Webb Sr. and Willie Mae Webb.
Raised in Minneapolis, Marion was selected for advanced classes at an early age and graduated from Minneapolis Central High School. She also attended Augsburg College and worked in the accounting field for many years.
She is preceded in death by her father, McClinton Webb, Sr.; mother, Willie Mae Webb; and son, Jamar Whitlock. She is survived by her son Marcu Whitlock; grandchildren Isaiah Whitlock and Nezanet Whitlock; sisters Joyce Eubanks; Jean Webb Bradford (Jesse); brother, McClinton Webb, Jr. (Karen); nieces, nephews, and a host of additional family and friends.
Services will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Gathering Hour from 10-11 a.m. and the service at 11 a.m at Kingdom Life Church, 3751 Sheridan Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
