Health on the Go Community Health Hub invites vendors to register for 2025 event
The Cities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center are inviting community groups, service providers, and businesses to register for the 2025 Health on the Go Community Health Hub. The annual event, held at North Hennepin Community College, will bring together up to seventy five vendors offering health, housing, financial, and wellness resources for families.
Community organizations, service providers, and local businesses are invited to register for the 2025 Health on the Go! Community Health Hub, hosted by the Cities of Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center. The annual event brings together health, housing, financial, and wellness resources to support families in a single accessible space.
This year’s hub will take place at North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park on Saturday, December 13, from noon to 4 p.m.
Vendor registration is free, and the deadline has been extended. Up to seventy five vendors will be accepted on a first come basis.
Opportunities for Vendors
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Connect directly with community members and families
• Share programs, services, and resources
• Offer free screenings, samples, or demonstrations
• Network with other providers and local partners
Vendors who register will receive a confirmation email by December 10 with setup details and a parking map.
