Lutunji’s Palate Hosts 365 Days of Love Free Community Meal Event

The gathering will bring neighbors together over food, books, and fellowship, supported by local partners committed to service and community wellness.
Lutunji’s Palate Bakery and Cafe will open its doors to the community on Saturday, December 20, for a special event centered on love, connection, and shared meals. The event, titled 365 Days of Love, will offer complimentary gourmet meals to all guests.
The free community gathering will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Lutunji’s Palate Bakery and Cafe, located at 1010 in Minneapolis. Organizers say the event is meant to celebrate togetherness and provide a welcoming space for neighbors to connect.
Community Partners Make the Event Possible
The event is supported by several community partners committed to service and outreach. Hy Vee in New Hope is sponsoring the event, helping ensure that meals are available to all who attend.
Members of Minnesota Les Dames d’Escoffier, a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, will assist with serving meals throughout the afternoon.
Planting People Growing Justice will also be on site, providing free books to guests as part of its mission to promote literacy, empowerment, and education within the community.
Special Guest Appearance
Guests will also have the opportunity to see Shayla Reaves of WCCO, who will attend as a special guest and support the spirit of the event.
