Our focus post-pandemic is on trust, advocacy, education, and partnerships that drive real change.

  • Chronic diseases: Higher rates of hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
  • Maternal & infant health: Black women face twice the risk of pregnancy-related complications and infant mortality.
  • COVID-19 impact: Disproportionate rates of infection, hospitalization, and mortality.
  • Mental health: Limited access to culturally competent mental health care.
