Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia are impacting communities of African descent at growing and disproportionate rates. Join us for a powerful community conference bringing together experts, caregivers, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, and community members to address this urgent health crisis together.

Rooted in Care: Dementia, Caregiving and Culture will spark honest conversations about disparities in diagnosis, treatment, and caregiving, while highlighting practical tools, advocacy strategies, and culturally grounded supports that meet families where they are.
