Each selected creative receives extensive, professional coverage across print, digital, video, audio, and live platforms. Our goal is simple. We uplift the artists who uplift our communities.

How It Works

Creatives are selected through community voting.

  1. Community members submit nominations using the form below.
  2. Eligible nominees are placed into the voting pool.
  3. The community votes.
  4. The selected creative is featured in an upcoming On the Radar spotlight.

We believe the community knows who is making an impact. This is your opportunity to help us highlight them.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, nominees must:

  • Live in Minnesota
  • Be between the ages of 16 and 65
  • Be actively engaged in a creative field
  • Be willing to participate in interviews, filming, photography, and promotion

Nominees must be prepared to collaborate with our editorial team to bring their story to life.

Eligible Creative Disciplines

Creative work includes but is not limited to:

  • Music
  • Visual art
  • Writing and poetry
  • Filmmaking and photography
  • Pottery, design, fashion, and craft
  • Performance art
  • Multidisciplinary creative work
