Frey, Carter issue new indoor masking guidance amid Delta variant spread and COVID-19 increase in Twin Cities
In following latest CDC recommendations, Mayor Frey and Mayor Carter recommend the usage of masks in all indoor public spaces and are requiring masks for local government staff as well as all visitors to City-owned buildings.
