Bank of America has raised its U.S. minimum wage to $25 per hour, setting a new industry benchmark and expanding career pathways for entry-level employees while strengthening its commitment to inclusive growth across Minnesota.
The minimum wage in Minneapolis has increased to $11 for small employers and $12.25 for large employers as of July 1, 2019.
