An opportunity to make African American history in Minnesota
Minnesota’s Black Community Project, a nonprofit organization in Minnesota that exists to applaud and celebrate the accomplishments of African Americans in Minnesota, is hosting an open house at the Hennepin County Central Library in Downtown Minneapolis on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 10 am – 2 pm to: 1) raise awareness of a new book project they are putting together entitled Minnesota’s Black Community Project: The 21st Century; and 2) invite professional African Americans in the Twin Cities to be a part of this groundbreaking book project.
