Diane Burgess (Cobbin) Joyner, age 70, of Minneapolis passed away November 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by husband, Floyd Joyner; parents, Odell and Irene Cobbin; and one sister, Darlene Gardner.
She is survived by her children, Derek Burgess, Robin Burgess, Tasha Burgess, Ana Mae Burgess and Joshua Joyner; sisters, Marlene Eaves, Norma Parker, Anna Mae Wooten-Fader and Lisa Pena; 11 grandchildren; and a host of stepchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
Funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 14, 11 am at Bethesda Baptist Church, 1118 S. 8th Street, Minneapolis. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 13, 5-8 pm at Estes Funeral Chapel, 2201 Plymouth Ave. N., Minneapolis.
