VIDEO | Frat chef in 20th year of feeding the guys

Sigma Phi Epsilon at the University of Minnesota may not have a house dad, but it has had the next best thing, Chef Aloma Gibson. Gibson is celebrating 20 years of service for the fraternity, but is uncertain how much longer he will be able to cook.

  3. OMG. … this man was pivotal in my life. We have not seen each other in years, though I’ve always loved him. Congratulations Aloma!!!
    If someone reads this and will share with Keno…..that I’ve never been able to make fried potatoes even close to his. I miss him and he’s indeed a one of a kind. What you see us what you get.
    Above all, he’s always said he LOVES the boys he cooks for.
