On Saturday, March 5, the “Sister Spokesman: What Is Mental Health?” event gathered an expert panel and community members at the Minnesota Music Café in St. Paul. The panelists discussed ways to combat the stigma of mental health, tools to spot mental illness and assistance ranging from holistic eating and exercise to medicine. The event was sponsored by North Point Health and Wellness Center.

After the panel discussion, attendees danced and enjoyed the soulful stylings of J. MOST, who entertained with his steppin crew.
