Kelvin W. Washington, age 57 of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away March 15, 2016.
Services will be held at El-Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 3949 4th Ave. S., Minneapolis, on Saturday, March 26. Family Hour will be at 11 am and the memorial service will start at 12 noon.
