The West Broadway Business and Area Coalition’s FLOW: Northside Arts Crawl celebrated its 11th year July 28-30. Billed as the premier arts event in North Minneapolis, the three-day festival saw artists and community members gather for a colorful self-guided tour of various art forms in the West Broadway corridor.
