(Raena Suggs and K’Lynn Lewis), a senior boys’ basketball player winning a prestigious award ( O’Dell Wilson IV), a three-time conference player of the year in girls’ basketball ( Morgan Hill), and a girls’ basketball coach who has successfully led her alma-mater ( Tanysha Scott).

DeLaSalle Girls’ Basketball Coach Tanysha Scott led the Islanders to their second consecutive Class AAA state tournament appearance this past season.
