The time is now for girls grades K-12 to apply for Dare to Dream or Let Me Play grants. The Ann Bancroft Foundation, dedicated to helping girls reach their full potential, is awarding up to $500 to young girls in pursuit of a dream or to be active in sports.
The grants enable girls to do things like:
- Attend school trips, summer camps, or be on sports teams they otherwise could not afford.
- Go on group wilderness adventures, travel experiences, or special sports or dance teams
- Attend dance, theater, arts, science, sports, cooking, technology or any other kind of lesson or training
- Be involved in costly school or community activities
The deadline to apply for a Dare to Dream or Let Me Play grant of up to $500 is the end of the day on Monday, April 1. All applicants must have an eligible mentor and submit an online application through FluidReview. For more on the grants and how to apply, go to annbancroft.fluidreview.com.
