Native Minnesotan Pam Davis Carr recently lost her battle with cancer. Carr was the daughter of Syl Davis, founder of The Way Community Center, and Rose Davis Harris, a popular 1970s keypunch instructor at Twin Cities Opportunities Industrialization Center (TCOIC), currently known as Summit OIC.
Carr had resided on the West coast for the past 40-plus years.
Local memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at New Creation Ministries GOGIC, 5144 13th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN. 55417
