NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is sponsoring free support groups for persons with anxiety disorders. The groups help individuals develop better-coping skills and find strength through sharing their experiences.

Two open-door anxiety and panic support groups meet in Edina. The first meets on the first and third Tuesdays from 7-8:30 pm, at Cross View Lutheran, 6645 McCauley Trail West; for information, contact Shawn at 651-239-8381.

The second group meets from 1-2:30 pm, on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, at the Edina Library, 5280 Grandview Square, in the conference room. For information, contact Mary at 612-387-7036.
