WHAT: The Mental Health and Wellness Action Team of Ramsey County Public Health is hosting a free Cultural Healing Summit. The summit welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to participate in community discussions and activities around healing and wellness. This is a family event and children are encouraged to come.
Breakout sessions led by community healers will promote equitable strategies to achieve positive health outcomes and healing including: Indigenous Self-Healing, Radical Self-Love Meditation, and Sound Healing.
Some breakout sessions include movement, so please dress comfortably. Breakfast and lunch will be provided and will include options for all dietary needs.
