Super Bowl LIV dispatch: Torry Holt weighs in on the match up

The big game is finally here—Super Bowl LIV, the culmination of the NFL’s 100th season. The San Francisco 49ers take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Miami, FL on Feb. 2 in what’s sure to be a red-hot match up.

Longtime MSR columnist Larry Fitzgerald is down in Miami covering his 39th Super Bowl. And for the second year in a row, he and his son, star Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald, Jr., will both be broadcasting the big game. Larry, Sr. will broadcast for SEN 1116 –, while Larry, Jr. will broadcast a pre-game and halftime segment with Tom Brady on Westwood One Radio Network.

Below, Larry, Sr. caught up with former Rams wide receiver Torry Holt down in Miami, who at the time of this interview was a first-time finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame (he eventually came up short). Click to hear the seven-time Pro Bowler’s thoughts on the big game and what team he’s picking to hoist the Lombardi.
