
Shea Landa connected with Monaire Vaughn for a 5-yard touchdown and running back Melvin Mensah hit paydirt on a 42-yard sprint and had an interception leading St. Paul Highland Park (2-2) to a 13-7 prep football victory over archrival St. Paul Central (2-2) before a packed house at Highland Park Stadium last Thursday evening.
Quarterback Cole Fee scored for Central on a one-yard run and Aiden Sande added the extra point to lead Central. A kick accounted for the Minutemen’s scoring.
