Four first-half goals gave the University of Minnesota women’s soccer team a great start in route to a 5-0 Big Ten victory over the University of Illinois on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium on the St. Paul Campus.
Senior midfielder/forward McKenna Buisman and sophomore forward Rylan Baker each scored two goals and freshman defender Aynsley Conner scored her first career goal for the Golden Gophers.
Senior defender Makenzie Langdok scored Minnesota’s (8-4-3, 4-4-0 Big Ten) only goal leading them to a 1-0 victory over Northwestern (7-7-1, 3-4-1 Big Ten) Sunday, October 17, 2021, in Evanston, Illinois.
