
New Orleans Pelicans small forward Brandon Ingram led the way with 27 points, center Jonas Valanciunas had 22 points and 23 rebounds, and shooting guard Nickel Alexander-Walker added 17 leading them to their first NBA win of the season defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves 107-98 on Monday, October 25, 2021, at the Target Center.
The Timberwolves got off to a slow start before shooting guard Anthony Edwards got hot scoring 21 of his 28 points in the third period.
Minnesota was led by Center Karl-Anthony Towns’ 32 points and 14 rebounds while newly acquired point guard Patrick Beverly added 13 points.
