Knicks use balanced attack to defeat Timberwolves

It was a balanced attack in which center Mitchell Robinson, forward Julius Randle, shooting guards Evan Fournier and Quentin Grimes, and point guard Kemba Walker each scored in double-figure leading the New York Knicks (16-18) to a 96-88 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves (16-18) Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Target Center.

Robinson led the Knicks with 14 points, Randle and Fournier had 13 apiece, Grimes added 11 and Walker chipped in 10.

Forward Malik Beasley had a team-high 20 for the Timberwolves. Power forward Jaden McDaniels scored 18 while grabbing six rebounds and shooting guard Jaylen Nowell added 11.
