Chase & Ovation, the world’s premier Prince tribute band, is bringing their high-energy celebration of the Purple One’s legacy to Chanhassen Dinner Theatres for a special three-night run, April 10–12, 2025.
More than just a tribute concert, the show is a full-on spiritual experience for Prince fans. With deep roots in Minneapolis and Prince’s musical heritage, Chase & Ovation delivers an authentic performance that honors the late icon with passion and precision.
A tribute rooted in reverence
Lead vocalist Tommy Chase has spent over 16 years channeling Prince’s artistry, performing across North America with Prince’s blessing.
“In the decade before his passing, Prince allowed me to travel the world and perform in tribute and in reverence to his music,” said Chase. “I have always done this with Prince’s knowledge under the name Chase & Ovation.”
Known for their long-running monthly residency at Bunkers Music Bar, a local venue Prince often visited, Chase & Ovation has earned praise from Prince’s former bandmates, family, and loyal fans for their heartfelt and faithful performances.
