Debra Michelle Showcases Artistry and Spirit at The Black Excellence Experience

On August 16, The Black Excellence Experience at Sabathani Community Center will spotlight the original works of artist Debra Michelle. The Sabathani Community Center will be filled with creativity, culture, and community spirit on Saturday, August 16, as The Black Excellence Experience presents a special showcase of original works by artist Debra Michelle.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in The BEE Gallery, Room 138, and is free with registration.

Attendees can meet Debra Michelle in person, view her striking original artwork, and shop her one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry and adornments. Her pieces are known for blending artistry with spirituality, creating wearable works that carry meaning, history, and intention.

About the artist

Debra Michelle is a metaphysical jeweler, spiritual artist, astrologer, and healing arts practitioner. She founded Soulistic Twist Metaphysical Jewelry & Adornments, where she handcrafts gemstone pieces infused with purpose. Drawing inspiration from nature, ancestral wisdom, and personal empowerment, her designs invite both beauty and reflection.

“As an artist, published author, and seasoned healing arts master practitioner, I have been channeling creativity and the universal soul through digital artistry, poetry, literature, jewelry crafting, and my healing arts work for more than 20 years,” Michelle said.
