On Tuesday, November 11, The Hennepin will host Everyone’s an Artist | Episode 1, a new kind of creative networking experience that brings together artists, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and visionaries for an evening of art, inspiration, and community.

Running from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at 900 Hennepin Avenue, next to the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Minneapolis, the event blends a mixer, art gallery showcase, and live performances with a panel conversation featuring local creative leaders.

The evening kicks off with music, mingling, and a pop-up gallery featuring works by ten local artists. Spoken word artist Simonét Poetry will perform live before moderator Ti Akiel leads a dynamic panel discussion on creativity, collaboration, and the Twin Cities’ evolving arts scene. Guests will also be able to take part in an audience Q&A and a raffle giveaway before closing out the night with refreshments and open networking.

Tickets are just $5 and include full access to all activities. Light snacks and beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—will be available for purchase.

Organizers say the event is designed to make networking accessible and authentic, creating a space where creativity and community meet. Whether you’re looking to connect, showcase your work, or simply soak up inspiration, the goal is for everyone to leave with new energy—and maybe a new collaboration.
