A popular holiday themed pop up is making its Minneapolis debut this December. The Jingle Bar, which has drawn thousands of visitors on the East Coast, will open at Chilango on West Lake Street with a series of themed sessions for adults, families, and holiday enthusiasts of all ages.
The venue will be transformed into a full Christmas inspired space with lights, decorated trees, and seasonal displays that create a festive atmosphere from the moment guests walk in. Visitors can expect classic holiday music throughout the event, ranging from well known singers like Mariah Carey to traditional standards.
The Jingle Bar will offer specialty holiday cocktails along with food options on select dates. Event staff, known as Christmas miracle makers, will lead games and activities throughout each session. Guests who arrive in festive attire will have the chance to win prizes for standout costumes, including ugly sweaters or creative holiday outfits.
Weekly and Family Sessions
On Wednesdays, the event will feature Cocktails and Carols, a special themed night that includes live carol performances, group singalongs, and a complimentary house cocktail for each ticket holder.
Weekend sessions at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays are designed for families. Children can participate in holiday crafts, singalongs, and games such as Reindeer Ring Toss, Elf Bingo, and Snowball Toss. Parents can enjoy seasonal beverages while younger guests sip mocktails or hot cocoa.
Tickets and Availability
Tickets are limited and sold for specific dates and times. Family sessions are open to all ages, while standard sessions are restricted to guests twenty one and older.
Tickets are non refundable but may be transferred to another available session for a fee. Food offerings vary by location and will be announced closer to event dates.
