Internal Beauties Wins Health & Wellness Honor at Black Business Awards

Internal Beauties, founded by Kisha Triplett, was named first-place winner in the Health & Wellness category at the inaugural Sister Spokesman Black Business Awards. The recognition honors Triplettโ€™s holistic, inside-out approach to healing and community-centered wellness.

Sister Spokesman and the Minnesota Spokesman-Recorder continued their celebration of Black excellence in November with the first Annual Black Business Awards, honoring Black-owned businesses across Minnesota that are leading with purpose, care, and community impact.

In the Health & Wellness category, Internal Beauties, founded by Kisha Triplett, earned first place. The award was presented by Tracey Williams-Dillard and recognized Triplettโ€™s deeply holistic approach to wellness, one that centers healing from the inside out.

Through her work, Triplett supports clients in addressing not only physical concerns, but the emotional and internal experiences that shape overall well-being. Her practice emphasizes self-awareness, restoration, and the belief that lasting wellness begins with understanding what is happening beneath the surface.
