Twin Cities Music and Movement Festival Returns August 22 in Saint Paul for a Free Day of Music, Dance and Community

The Twin Cities Music and Movement Festival, produced by the Twin Cities Steppers Association, returns Saturday, Aug. 22 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Western Sculpture Garden Park, 387 North Marion Street in Saint Paul, with guest DJs, live music, food trucks, steppin, salsa, line dancing, kids activities and health and wellness programming. Pull up with your family, friends, and dance crew. The Twin Cities Music and Movement Festival is back for a free day of music, dancing, food, and community at Western Sculpture Garden Park in Saint Paul.

The festival takes place Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 387 North Marion Street, Saint Paul, MN 55103. Admission is free and open to everyone.

The Twin Cities Music and Movement Festival is an annual celebration of community, creativity, movement, and dance that brings people of all backgrounds together for one unforgettable afternoon.

What to Expect

The day is packed from start to finish with guest DJs, live music, food trucks, steppin, salsa, line dancing, kids activities, and health and wellness programming. Good vibes only. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or just showing up to feel the energy, there is something here for everyone.

The festival also features a raffle giveaway with a prize to be announced during the event.

This activity is made possible in part by a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board through an appropriation by the Minnesota State Legislature and a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
