Physical activities can build confidence and discipline, especially at a young age.
V3 Sports is offering 20 students in grades eight through 12 a chance to join a six-week triathlon training program
Do More Than Tri will help participants train their bodies, strengthen their mindsets and discover what they’re capable of with friends.
The program runs from Aug. 3 to Sept. 12, with the race set for the final day. Students will train in all three triathlon disciplines: swimming, biking and running.
Each week includes structured practices, combination training sessions, and opportunities for reflection and connection with peers.
