Panelist Spotlight
A fifth-generation Minnesotan, Dr. Elizabeth M. Adams is a global leader examining the intersection of technology, culture, and human values.
She serves as Chief Engagement Officer at the Minnesota Responsible AI Institute and Faculty Director of Applied Business at the University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing & Professional Studies.
Author of In the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Choosing Purpose Before Code, she advises global organizations on human-centered AI design, ethical tech policy, and sustainable workforce development.
With more than 30 years of IT project management leadership, Chuck Hill specializes in state government and human services systems across the U.S. and its territories, including architecting Minnesota’s Food Stamp EBT system.
Beyond IT consulting, Hill serves as Program Coordinator for the MN CHILL Foundation’s CHILL Tech initiative, introducing youth ages 16–24 to high-demand careers in technology and cybersecurity.
