A local festival is set to showcase the Lind-Bohanon neighborhood in North Minneapolis.
The Taste of Lyndale brings food, music, and community together on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. along Lyndale Avenue North between 44th and 46th streets.
The event welcomes visitors from across the city and highlights the people, places, and small businesses that define the area.
Attendees can expect an afternoon of live music, food vendors, family activities, and community resources, along with a free backpack giveaway for local students.
Vendor registrations are currently open for local businesses and organizations wishing to set up at the event.
