Registration is officially open for the 2026 Minnesota Library Association (MLA) Annual Conference, bringing together library staff from across the state for a two-day virtual gathering on Oct. 8–9, 2026.
Centering on the theme “Supporting Each Other, Sustaining the Work,” this year’s conference offers workshops, practical discussions, and networking opportunities for workers in public, academic, school, and special libraries.
As community needs shift, local libraries remain vital hubs for access, education, and resources across Minnesota.
“At a time when libraries continue to evolve and meet the changing needs of our communities, it is more important than ever that library professionals have opportunities to connect, learn, and support one another,” said MLA President Liza Shafto in a release.
