It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of KevinHenry Lacy, a cherished son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend, who left this world peacefully on August 26, 2026, surrounded by his family.
KevinHenry was born on Oct. 4, 1994, in Minneapolis. From a young age, he captivated those around him with his kindness, enthusiasm, and a heart full of love. His life, though brief, was filled with joy, laughter, and memories that will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was the beloved son of Kevin Joseph Lacy and Denise Bender-Lacy, who survive him, along with his brothers, Gregory Bender and Bernie Lacy. KevinHenry also leaves behind a large extended family, including aunts, uncles, a nephew, cousins, and many friends who cherished his presence and will feel his absence deeply.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia LeAnn Lacy; his grandparents, Henry and Mildred Lacy; and Timothy and Lois Bender, who guided him throughout his life. His life was also touched by the love of aunts and uncles who came before him.
A man of deep passions, KevinHenry enjoyed life to its fullest. He was solid, genuine, and deeply committed to his family and friends, always finding ways to bring joy to those around him.
In place of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in KevinHenry’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
KevinHenry’s spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone he touched. May he rest in eternal peace, forever remembered and forever loved.
