Ketanji Brown Jackson makes history as first Black woman on the Supreme Court

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson entered the history books, becoming the first Black woman elevated to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Their problem with Jackson is that she did her job— and that, above and beyond doing her job, she supports the Constitution while they oppose it.

‘Congratulations to her, but we’ve been here before and it seems we’re stuck here loving and celebrating symbolism without tangibles.’
