Black Business Enterprises, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering minority entrepreneurs, has been awarded a grant from the City of Minneapolis Department of Arts & Cultural Affairs to occupy a vacant space and provide affordable rent for tenants, furthering its mission of economic empowerment and fostering sustainable growth.
