Over 200 natural hair enthusiasts took over the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul for Sister Spokesman: “Loving Your Hair.” The July 11 event showcased the diverse styling and care expertise from local hair stylists with a hair show, Q&A, games and prizes and a special performance by local singing sensation Ashley DuBose.
Attendees were also treated to free admission to “Inspiring Beauty: 50 Years of Ebony Fashion Fair Exhibit” at the Minnesota History Center.
